Metacorp, of which MTD owns 79.2%, spearheads the property development business through its subsidiaries Metacorp Properties Sdn Bhd and Modal Ehsan Sdn Bhd. Metacorp Properties’ flagship project involves the 742-acre integrated township Taman Tasik Utama in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Modal Ehsan, meanwhile, is the developer of the 160-acre Taman Sutera in Kajang.

The Group’s proposed high-end residential project in the Klang Valley is headed by Landview Towers Sdn Bhd while Exclusive Skycity Sdn Bhd, the group’s investment property arm, is the owner of Bangunan Shell in Kuala Lumpur. Metacorp is also involved in solid waste management via 50%-owned unit E-Idaman Sdn Bhd.
